GTA International Trade Communication Platform …
…
We understand that when shipping goods across country boundaries, creating accurate documents on time and error-free is a fundamental need of every export department. Much of the information required to do so is created in the business system. Accessing it in real time, making it accessible to customers, freight forwarders etc and complying with commercial and statutory requirements is frequently a challenge.
We have taken this fundamental requirement and produced a highly configurable core software element that we call GTA (Global Trade Administrator). GTA can fit into the working practices of any organisation to create the information that is required for your particular products and markets and can be continually updated to meet changes to statutory requirements.
The ability to distribute this information is the final link in this chain of communication, so we make it easy, from emailing documents to applying for certificates online or obtaining Customs clearance. GTA can manage the whole communication process from start to finish.
The benefits of GTA include:
- Browser based – minimal IT support
- Access by any authorized user
- Visibility in the Supply Chain
- Interface with any Business System
- Shipping Document Distribution
- Third Party Collaboration
- SITPRO Aligned Documentation

GTA incorporates 21 years experience of providing customised solutions for major exporters
